Please help! Friend problems?

Okay, so at school I have every girl in the year as my friend (exception of three girls) and at recess loads of people wanna hang out with me, I love have so many friends but i suc at saying "no sorry" I mean I do say it but i feel bad and i dont wanna lose any of my friends. Help!?
