What was this movie called?

A while back...mid 90's.....I saw this movie that was a horror suspense movie that were a compilation of a few stories. I can't remember much about the movie but I know one of the stories is about this racist bigot who is in this old plantation house. In the house is this old painting of all these slaves....there's like a hundred of them. Well, every time he goes to see the painting one of the slaves is "missing" from the painting. Soon all the slaves are "missing"....leaving only blank outlines of where they should have been in the painting. They end up hunting him down, I believe. Does anyone know what movie this is??
