Tru minerals makeup any good?

I HATE wearing makeup. i hate the feel of it on my face and i hate how it starts to look blotchy as the day goes on but my face is getting blotchy because i've been going to the tanning bed twice a week so i have stopped going to the tanning bed and i was looking into bare minerals makeup but its so expensive and i found "tru minerals" on ebay and it looks the same. it says its bismuth oxychloride free so it wont make my skin itch like i have heard about bare minerals. i was wondering if anybody has tried it? does it have a cakey feeling? does it rub off on your clothes? thanks!
