Railroad work at 16 years old?

Hi, as a 16 year old. Is there any possibility that i can work on the railroad. Not as a engineer or conductor. But something like a yard laborer or freight loader. I know that it is hard work, but i'm up for it. And the railroad has always paid good, so that's a plus. Any info would be great!
