What is this transaction referring to - "ONLINE DEP DETAIL & IMAGES - 3.00"?

My accounting department just alerted me to a transaction entitled "ONLINE DEP DETAIL & IMAGES". This transaction occurred on every one of our bank accounts, charging each $3.00 on the 11th of this month. I've done a web search and come up with no information. Can anyone shed some light on this?
