How old do you have to be to work at subay in palmer,machusetts??

I was wondering because my mom works there and her boss said that i can get my (working)license. my cousin doesn't knwo or my mom but my moms boss said that when i turn 14 and get it i wll be abke to worl there.. can anybody answer me?
