If a cop drives by and you exit the car you are in and go into a motor home?

the cop car goes a block turns around pulls up behind the car you had left for over a minute puts on his lights like he was pulling over the now empty car . demands that you come out of the motor home and produce you id . you say you dont have to the car not stolen call the owner and theyll say that their is no problem and the guy who owns the motor home saYS THAT he wont let them in because its his dwelling do you have t listen as far as the cop knows no law has been broken
