Is there a better on line way to view cap and tax discussion than CSPAN which keeps breaking up?

A bodily amendment to replace the text has been made, but I couldn't hear anything about it because it keeps breaking up, except that there will be two hours of debate on each side, Waxman (sponsor) speaking now.
