My boat manufacture went out of Business, what can I do for warranty work?

I bought a brand new C'Dory boat. It has had problems from day one. I still have not received any paperwork. I just received the keys to the cabin door after two years of complaining. The boat has problems and C'Dory either changed names or sold to a new company called Seasport LLC. They will not do any warranty work for me and said since they acquired C'Dory they do not take on any liability from them including warranty. They said that C'Dory filed a Chapter 11. I was never notified about any of this from them. The boat may be a lemon. IS the new company required to warranty the boat or can I still lemon it. I prefer not to lemon it but I will if it cant be fixed. Thanks
