What do my reproductive hormone tests mean?

i have just received my reproductive hormone results , and although i will find out what they mean in my next meeting with my consultant I cant wait as it is 3 weeks time. Can anyone give me any indication from these results please. I am 32 years of age and I have been trying for 22 months now to get pregnant, any info would be very much appreciated, thank you for taking the time, Kerry. Results : Taken on Day 21 , Progesterone 45.0 nmol/L . FSH 5.7 U/L . LH 12.6 U/L . Oestradiol 724 pmol/L.. Prolactin 352mU/L.
