What would be the opposite to buddhist enlightenment?

Sure those things can certainly contribute to anti-enlightenment, but are probably not required. Anything that helps you shut your mind to the world around you. But you may still develop a zen-like mastery of Sponge bob trivia, or troll wisdom. So it is not an opposite, really, just an artificially narrow and useless focus.
